The Nutricius dietary supplement Melatonin 1 mg extra contains the so-called hormone of darkness and sleep. Melatonin is a substance that is natural to the body.
It contains a natural substance, the so-called hormone of darkness and sleep, which is produced in our body as the day progresses and the light intensity decreases. The consequences of its deficiency in the form of difficulty falling asleep can be felt as we grow older. The glow of monitors and screens in the evening can also have a detrimental effect on the production of the sleep hormone. Furthermore, melatonin contributes to alleviating the subjective feeling of fatigue due to the time shift.
Dosage:
Take once daily ¼ tablet, at night before bedtime. Take 1 ¼ hours, on the morning of the night before, with a sufficient amount of liquid.
Ingredients:
Microcrystalline cellulose (filler), inulin (filler), melatonin, magnesium stearate of vegetable origin (anti-caking agent). Active ingredient in 1 tablet: melatonin 1 mg. Daily dose contains 0,25 mg melatonin.

Dietary supplement. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Not for use by children under 18 years of age, pregnant or lactating women. Use should be consulted with a physician. Not suitable for diabetics. Persons with Diabetes mellitus should consult a physician for the use of this product. May cause drowsiness - take only before expected bedtime. You should not drive after taking Nutricius Melatonin 1 mg extra. It is not a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children!
Store at room temperature up to 25 °C. Protect from frost and sunlight. Keep in a dry and dark place.
