Maca, native to the Peruvian Andes, has been used as a herbal stimulant since time immemorial. Its root contributes to physical and mental health, gives the body vitality and endurance, and promotes fertility.
Ingredients: dried ground root of Peruvian cress (maca).
1 teaspoon (5 g) of powder contains 0.9 g of fibre, 17.5 mg of calcium (2% RHP*), 0.65 mg of iron (4.6% RHP), 0.2 mg of zinc (2% RHP) and 0.1 mg of vitamin B2 (7% RHP).
*RHP = reference intake value
Recommended daily intake: 1 teaspoon (5 g) daily. Can be mixed with a smoothie or fruit juice.
